Rotating Display Base Rental Policy:
To create the beautiful rotating effect, this design includes the rental of a professional motorized display base. A 50% non-refundable booking retainer is required to reserve your event date. The remaining balance, along with a $100.00 refundable Equipment Care Deposit for each rotating display base, is due, 7 days before your scheduled event.
The Equipment Care Deposit will be refunded within 2-5 business days after the event, once the rotating display base has been picked up and inspected. If the equipment is returned in the same condition in which it was delivered, the deposit will be refunded in full.
If the equipment is lost, stolen, damaged beyond normal wear and tear, or not returned as agreed, all or a portion of the Equipment Care Deposit may be applied toward the cost of repair or replacement.
